Aaron Leonhard is proud to begin his real estate career in the Northwoods community where he was raised. Although newly licensed, Aaron has been surrounded by real estate his entire life as the son of Northwoods Community Realty broker-owner Jackie Leonhard. Growing up in the business gave him an early understanding of the work, responsibility, and personal service involved in helping people buy and sell property.

Aaron earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Stout, with a concentration in Property Management and Real Estate. After graduating college, he spent two years as a Millwright with Mortenson, specializing in the construction of Vestas wind turbines. He then returned to Tomahawk, where he has spent the past four years in the storeroom and purchasing department at Packaging Corporation of America (PCA). In this role, he has developed strong expertise in communication, organization, negotiation, and problem-solving.


After meeting his wife, Courtney, Aaron knew Tomahawk was where he wanted to put down roots. The couple married in October 2024 and are happy to be building their life in the community Aaron has always called home.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys hunting, snowmobiling, home remodeling, and spending time outdoors. His local roots, real estate education, practical experience, and lifelong familiarity with the Northwoods give him a strong foundation for helping buyers and sellers throughout the area.

Aaron is excited to carry on his family’s tradition of service and looks forward to helping clients navigate their real estate decisions with honesty, hard work, and genuine care.
